定理型環境

\newtheorem

LaTeX における \newtheorem †

LaTeX では
　　\newtheorem
コマンドにより，定理型環境を定義することが出来ます。
その拡張が
　　amsthm.sty
　　theorem.sty
によって行われています。
この両者の発展方向は異なるため，併用することは出来ません。
emathパッケージでは，theorem.sty を前提としてさらなる拡張を
　　emathThm.sty
において行っています。

LaTeX で定義されている \newtheorem から見ていきます。

theorem.sty における \newtheorem †

theorem.sty で拡張された \newtheorem です。
LaTeX 本来の \newtheorem と基本的には同じです。

amsthm.sty における \newtheorem †

amsthm.sty で拡張された \newtheorem です。
番号の後ろに . （ピリオド）が付加されます。

emathThm.sty における \newtheorem †

emathThm.sty で拡張された \newtheorem です。
左インデント（全角一文字幅）がつきます。

• emathThm.sty による拡張機能については，\EMtheorem をご覧ください。

EMproof環境 †

• amsthm.sty では，証明を記述する proof環境が定義されていますが，
  emath では，amsthm.sty を用いることが出来ません。
  代えて EMproof環境 を用意しています。
